1. Authorized Use Only

The Hope Nest Children's Home Management System (CHMS) is a proprietary administrative platform intended exclusively for authorized staff, management, and appointed caregivers. Unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited and actively audited.

2. Duty of Confidentiality

All personnel must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding children's identities, care histories, medical records, case files, and financial operations. Exporting, distributing, or discussing sensitive child welfare data without explicit authorization constitutes a disciplinary and statutory breach.

3. Authentication & Device Responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and associated Google accounts. Shared credentials or delegating authentication tokens is strictly forbidden. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to the System Administrator.

4. Financial & Maker-Checker Accountability

Financial submissions, approvals, budget revisions, and journal postings must reflect accurate and verified organization expenses. The application enforces maker-checker segregation of duties; attempting to bypass financial approval controls is a severe violation of organization policy.

5. Audit Logging & Session Termination

All transactions, document downloads, record modifications, and privilege escalations are permanently recorded in append-only system audit logs. The management reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.
